DAILY MAINTENANCE

  1. Creatine Edge™ or Creatine Clear™ - Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or 30 minutes prior to workout. Do not exceed maximum of one serving per day.   2. Max Whey* - Drink while working out. Max Whey helps replenish the proteins and electrolytes you have lost during training, and aids the muscle's healing process. Drink as fast fuel recovery for muscles during hot weather training, at halftime and other events.

  3. Recovery Edge* - One serving following each workout. Recovery Edge helps the body recover after an intense workout by providing sugar, protein and carbohydrates designed to fuel the muscles. It can also be used to maintain and/or gain weight as needed.

HydraEdge™ - Start hydration one to two hours prior to training or game time, and continue consuming during workout or competition. One liter per day is recommended. HydraEdge™ is performance hydration designed to increase endurance and reduce muscle fatigue, stress and cramping in premier athletes by raising levels of calcium in muscles.

Whey 100 - Take one to three servings daily. Whey100 is a whey protein mix that may be taken with meals or as a snack, and is designed to help regulate protein intake without excess sugar and carbohydrates.
